Toasty aromas, ripe fruit and spices. Intense mahogany colour with golden hues, very bright. Balanced flavour and right touch of acidity.
Recommendations
Suitable for all kinds of dishes, such as salad dressings, salads, sauces, meats, fish. Given its high concentration of aromas, a small amount is suffice.
