Organic Food
Organic foods made from our wines and vinegars. Elaborated slowly, traditionally, without aggressive thermal treatments to respect the aromas of our wines and vinegars. Nothing else is added.
Bodegas Robles begins in 2009 an R + D + I project for the development of these foods, in which we work together with the IFAPA) of Cabra and the Agency IDEA of the Junta de Andalucía. In 2013, after four years of continuous work, we turned an illusion into reality: organic foods that faithfully reflect the wine and the vinegars from which they have come.

Reductions

Organic food from Bodegas Robles
Bodegas Robles is embarking on a new path in the agri-food sector by developing our own jams, jellies and reductions, made from our organic wines and vinegars. These products are the result of the joint work of three institutions in an R&D&I project, which began in November 2009, with the aim of developing foods from the wines and vinegars of the Montilla-Moriles Designation of Origin: the Andalusian Institute for Research and Training in Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and Organic Production (IFAPA) of Cabra, the Agency for Innovation and Development of Andalusia (IDEA) of the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science of the Regional Government of Andalusia and the technical team of Bodegas Robles.
After four years of continuous work, we have achieved completely artisanal foods that faithfully reflect the wine and vinegars from which they are made. Furthermore, in the production process, they lose all their alcohol, which makes them a product suitable for any consumer.
Bodegas Robles brings a new food to Andalusian gastronomy from a tradition of more than two thousand years: we can now eat fortified wines. And the hospitality industry, for its part, can now have a very interesting instrument to bring to the table all this cultural wealth accumulated throughout history.
