Bodegas Robles begins in 2009 an R + D + I project for the development of these foods, in which we work together with the Andalusian Institute for Research and Training in Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and Ecological Production (IFAPA) of Cabra and the Agency for Innovation and Development of Andalusia (IDEA) of the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science of the Junta de Andalucía. In 2013, after four years of continuous work, we finally achieved our goal: organic foods that faithfully reflect the wine and the vinegars from which they come.
