We are proud to present ‘Oh’, the first ORANGE wine from Montilla-Moriles! ‘Oh’ recovers the ancestral winemaking techniques, where the must ferments in contact with the skins, hence its pinkish tones. Minimal intervention for maximum expression of the Pedro Ximénez grape. A white wine with the soul of a red. The wonder of fresh grapes… Oh!
‘Oh’ will surprise you with its pale pink colour, aromas of fresh fruits such as apple and pear, with a tropical touch and subtle notes of white flowers and violet candy. On the palate, it shows a refreshing acidity, with a light touch of caramel and lollipop sweetness.
