Three gold medals at Ecovino 2020 for the organic wines of Bodegas Robles
Piedra Luenga Oloroso, Piedra Luenga Pedro Ximénez and Vermut VRMT “Andalusian Recipe” have been awarded with a Gold Medal at Ecovino, the organic wine award that took place on July 15 and 16 in the Sensorial Analysis room of the Scientific-Technological Complex of the University of La Rioja. This contest values the quality of organic wines from any region of the world and is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of La Rioja in collaboration with the Consejo Regulador de la Producción Agraria Ecológica de La Rioja (CPAER) and Cultura Permanente.
The jury was chaired by Antonio Palacios, professor of Sensory Analysis at the University of La Rioja and included thirty wellknown tasters that valued two hundred organic wines from 22 wine regions: white wines without aging, white wines with aging, rosé wines, red wines with and without aging, sparkling, sweet, generous, vermouth and, as a novelty, also wort.tos.
