We are especially proud to present a range of completely handmade foods which faithfully reflect the wine and vinegars from which the food is made. Bodegas Robles in this fashion makes its contribution to gastronomy with a new food product originating from an over two thousand year old tradition: Now one can eat generoso (fortified) wines.
In 2009 Bodegas Robles commenced on a new path in order to manufacture foods from our organic wines and vinegars.
In was in that year when the R+D+i project commenced, wherein we work together with the Andalusian Institute of Agricultural Research and Training, Fisheries, Food and Organic Production Training (IFAPA) of Cabra and the Innovation and Development Agency of Andalusia (IDEA) of the Department of Economy, Innovation and Science of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
In 2013, after four years of continuous work, we present the first results of that research: ecological jams, jellies and reductions.
