Our ecological vinegars are made from our organic wines and are the result of work of R + D + i carried out jointly between the winery and the Institute for Agricultural Training and Fisheries ( IFAPA ) of Cabra ( Córdoba) , where he paid special attention to their upbringing and aging process.In 2008 we present our range of organic vinegars Pedro Ximenez , odorous, red wine and aging.
