Bodegas Robles begins in 2009 a new path in order to develop food from our organic wines and vinegars.
That is the year of the beginning of an R + D + I, we work together with the Andalusian Institute of Agricultural Research and Training , Fisheries , Food and Organic Production ( IFAPA ) of Cabra and the Agency for Innovation and development of Andalusia ( IDEA ) of the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science Government of Andalusia.
In 2013 , after four years of continuous work , we present the first results of this research : jams , jellies and ecological reductions.
