Bodegas Robles gets 100 points out of 100 in Japan.
BAJOSOL 0 | 0, Pedro Ximénez dessert wine made by Bodegas Robles expressly for the Asian market, has been recognized with Double Gold (100 points out of 100) in the Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Awards wine contest, held in Tokyo on March 31 January.
The jury of this contest is composed of 380 women wine specialists: representatives of wineries in Japan, sommeliers, journalists, educators, buyers and opinion leaders in the wine sector in Japan.
The wine sector in Japan has its sights set on this event, since the female perspective in the selection of wines sets a trend in the Japanese market, setting consumption patterns. As a result, the Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Awards have achieved great notoriety and reputation in Japan, making this event one of the main launching platforms for all those wines that wish to promote themselves in that country.
In this edition, the jury has tasted, for five days, 4,212 wines from 37 countries.
